Clean Show 2017

PONY – Clean Show 2017

Pony has reworked their Eagle shirt press and have aptly renamed it Eagle 2.0.  The Italian gentleman that demonstrated it for me at the show speaks clear English, so that video can work as a training video.

PONY has also introduced the DB-360.  Both of these units are feature-packed and well worth a look.  Check out the movies.

Itsumi – Clean Show 2017

Itsumi has continued to improve their unique semi-circle double buck.  This machine is fun to operate and is a double buck that may fit in places where you couldn’t fit another style of double buck.  Couple this with their new quad collar machine and you really got something.  Most notable is Itsumi’s unique back pull-down.  When you activate it, the hold-down pulls down on the shirt and then a vacuum holds it down.  The back hold pulls back so there is no chance of a leave-off mark or any kind of imprint.  This is nice!

Unipress – Clean Show 2017

Unipress brought their HS series shirt units to the next level with hardcore software changes and critical tweaks.  Some of the software tweaks show up visually on their color display:

Notable are the additions of a small shirt program setting and the Green-Yellow-Red productivity indicators made famous by Wesvic’s PieceCounter and Tailwind’s FlightPlan for Profits PRO-flex III.  Furthermore, the machine can now be updated as Unipress sees fit by means of software upgrades.

The cuff holder on the cuff clamps is narrower now.  This simple tweak makes the cuffs much easier to position properly and it is much harder to get your fingers “bitten” by the closing clamp.
